Welker and Associates has the interesting challenge of leveraging social media on a topic that is not socially discussed. People don't talk about their debt problems, and certainly don't post them in social circles. Creating a digital strategy that is founded on building trust with future clients was paramount. Building and providing tools that allow clients to privately explore their personal circumstances helped build their interest and trust, and finally move to the first step of seeking help from a professional they trusted.
In addition to building the site, social campaigns were launched to profile Welker and Associates in the regional communities they serviced, and planned to service. Welker opened offices in additional cities based on the aligned campaigns leveraging radio, social media, and pay-per-click advertising. Alignment made each of these efforts more effective than they would have been on their own.
